For help with the extension, a HiBid page, or your Pro access, email us and include a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove personal or payment information first.

LotLens is not appearing

Confirm the extension is enabled, then refresh the HiBid lot page. LotLens works on hibid.com and HiBid auction-house subdomains.

The buyer’s premium looks wrong

Auction terms vary. Check the auction’s published terms and use the premium override in LotLens when the page shows multiple or unusual rates.

A watched lot cannot refresh

Ended, removed, or changed HiBid pages may stop providing current lot information. Open the original lot page to confirm it is still available.

Pro is not showing

Open LotLens settings and use the existing-customer login option. Complete the ExtensionPay login, then reopen the LotLens popup.

Privacy and account safety

LotLens never needs your HiBid password or payment-card number. Do not email passwords, card details, or government identification. Read the LotLens Privacy Policy for details.
